In May of 2022 our kitchen was fully transitioned over to James McFarland as Nomad Barbecue. James is a Texas Monthly Magazine Recognized Pit Master and we are excited to have him and his staff on board to offer the best Craft BBQ in the Cypress, TX Area.

Chicken thigh fried and dipped in Nashville style hot sauce. Topped with mayo, house made pickles and Trill Slaw on a toasted Brioche bun.
Basil Fried Chicken Sandwich
Chicken thigh battered and fried, tossed in basil seasoning. Topped with chipotle crema and finished with house made pickles on a toasted Brioche bun.
